1 1/2 lbs. deer meat 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. Accent 1/3 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 c. Worcestershire Slice with grain making strips 2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Place in shallow pan, combine all else, pour over meat. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 150 degrees; lay strips on oven rack. Place foil on baking sheet underneath to catch drippings, leave oven open a crack and bake until chewy. |
