2 lb. deer meat 1/2 c. pancake syrup 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. finely chopped onions 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. mustard 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Cook meat until tender; salt to taste. After meat cools, remove from bone and cut into small pieces. Put your meat in a baking pan. Pour 1/2 of your sauce over your meat and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Marinate the meat with the other half of the sauce during cooking. |
