VENISON BURGERS
 

1 lb. finely ground venison
3 tbsp. canned milk
Add as per your taste: garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
Onion salt
And/or prepared mustard

Form into hamburger patties and broil in skillet greased slightly with butter. You may prefer to cook over charcoal. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomatoes and sliced pickles.
