SMOKED BUFFALO BURGERS
 

1 pound burger (I use buffalo but any ground meat will work)
1 egg
6 fine crushed crackers
all season to taste
1 can mushroom pieces

Mix all together and form into patties, smoke in cold smoker for 20 to 30 minutes.

I use mesquite wood chips but hickory works well also. Reduce cooking time by about 20% and grill or fry as usual.
