1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can celery soup Salt and pepper 1 green pepper, chopped Onions, chopped (to taste) 8 oz. sour cream Parsley and paprika Mix all together, let set for about 20 minutes before putting in oven to bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 2 hours.
