1 c. rice 2 c. water 2 sm. pkg. instant chicken broth Combine the rice, water and chicken broth in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn the stove down on low and cover the pan tightly. Cook for 20 minutes or until water is almost gone. Just be careful not to burn it. Fluffy by stirring with a fork. Add a tablespoon of butter for added flavor if you want to. Serves 2-4. |
