GREEK STYLE POTATOES
 

1 can whole potatoes
Garlic powder
Paprika
Oregano
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Chicken stock

Rinse the potatoes and place them in a baking dish. Splash the oil, lemon juice and chicken stock over them. Sprinkle the dry ingredients lightly over the potatoes. Cover the dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes, basting them occasionally, until the liquid is almost evaporated. Baste the potatoes with the remaining liquid as you serve them. If they are ready a little soon to suit the rest of your meal, add a little water and cook them longer.
