2 c. instant white rice 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 2/3 c. milk 1 med. onion (chopped) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. cooking oil Cook rice according to package directions. Cut cheese into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Cook broccoli several minutes and drain. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into 3 quart baking dish and bake 1 hour at 300-325 degrees. |
