CREAMED PEAS & POTATOES
 

1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1 1/2 c. peas
3 tbsp. green onions
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk

Peel potatoes, cut into bite size and cook in salted water until tender; drain. Meanwhile, cook peas and onions in salted water until tender; drain. Make white sauce of butter, flour, dash salt and milk. Combine sauce and vegetables.
