3 lb. sweet potatoes 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk Cook sweet potatoes in boiling salted water until done. Drain, peel and mash them. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
