GULLIVER'S CREAM CORN
 

1 lb. frozen corn
8 oz. whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Accent
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place corn and whipping cream in saucepan and bring to boil. Drain cream from corn. Meanwhile, melt butter and flour together to make paste. Add to cream sauce. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and corn and bring to boil at low heat. Place in oven- proof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler until toasty brown. Wonderful side dish.
