GREEN BEAN AND BROCCOLI SAUTE
 

2 c. cooked broccoli
1 sm. can sliced or whole mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked green beans
1 sm. onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

In saute pan, melt butter. Add onions and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and green beans. Saute just until vegetables are heated through. Salt and pepper to taste.

NOTE: This is a good way to use up leftover beans and broccoli. Serves 4.
