3 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 can evaporated milk 1/2 c. grated Velveeta 4 c. canned pearl onions, drained 3/4 c. chicken broth 2 tbsp. sherry, optional Dash of pepper & paprika Cracker crumbs Over medium heat melt butter. Add flour; blend in hot milk and hot broth. Stir! Add sherry and turn on high heat to thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add spices, cheese and onions. Put in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. |
