SCALLOPED SQUASH
 

1 spaghetti squash, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Make a white sauce of the last 4 ingredients. Place the squash in a buttered baking dish and cover with the white sauce. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. The last 15 minutes of baking, add a mixture of Hi Ho or Ritz crackers with 2 tablespoons onion flakes.
