1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Clean mushrooms and slice. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Melt butter in skillet and stir in seasonings. Add mushrooms and saute about 7 minutes until delicately browned, stirring frequently. Serve as vegetable or as meat accompaniment. Makes 2 servings as vegetable or 4 servings as accompaniment to meat. |
