2 med. zucchini 2 med. yellow squash 2 tbsp. butter 1 crushed clove garlic 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Wash squash. Grate on large side of grater. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the grated squash and garlic. Stir together. Cook stirring until squash is done. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. |
