1/2 lb. pork loins
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
64 oz. canned pork & beans
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Slice pork loins into strips and brown. Remove and saute onions in the same pan. Meanwhile cook bacon in microwave until crisp. Slice pork into small pieces.
Combine pork, onions, beans, brown sugar, catsup, Worcestershire and mustard. Stir together until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Top with crumbled bacon. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
