2 pts. brussel sprouts 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 4 slices bacon 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. black pepper Steam brussel sprouts for 5 minutes. Brown bacon and crumble. Saute onion in bacon drippings for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and pour over brussel sprouts and bacon. |
