1 lg. head of fresh cauliflower, cut into flowers 1 c. self rising flour 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. salad oil Oil for frying Wash and prepare cauliflower. Mix flour, egg, milk and oil with whisk until smooth. Add cauliflower, make sure each piece is completely coated with batter. Fry in hot oil (enough to cover pieces), until golden brown. Drain with absorbent towels. |
