Prepare mashed potatoes for 6 servings, omitting butter. Add milk to make potatoes creamy. Add: 1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese 1 beaten egg 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 1 tbsp. finely snipped parsley Blend well. Put in well greased, 1 quart baking dish. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
