Several lbs. zucchini, cut in thin slices (1/8" approx.) BATTER: 1 c. milk 2 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs Mix in bowl with fork. If batter is too thick add a bit more milk. If you are making a big batch, double the recipe. Deep fry the battered zucchini in oil at about 375 degrees until golden brown. Drain on brown paper bag for best results. |
