CURRIED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS
 

Bring a unique, savory flavor to your table tonight with a blend of vegetables and spices.

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, cut in wedges
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte Original Style stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. Del Monte seedless raisins
1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte whole new potatoes, drained & quartered
1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte blue lake cut green beans, drained

In a medium skillet heat oil over low heat. Add onion, garlic and curry; cook until tender, stirring frequently. Blend in tomatoes and raisins. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in potatoes and green beans; cover and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve.
