2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. flour 1/3 c. orange juice 1/4 c. light brown sugar Dash of cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Blend flour into butter, then add orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir well. This will thicken some. Fold cooked carrots or a cooked sweet potatoes into glaze mixture and put in a casserole dish. Heat when ready. Makes ahead well. |
