8 med. sweet potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Cook sweet potatoes until tender, remove skins and mash. Add butter, milk, nutmeg and paprika. Beat until free of lumps and light and fluffy. Fold in nuts. Spoon into greased casserole, cover completely with marshmallows and beat until marshmallows are browned. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes.
