1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing 3 to 4 lbs. mushrooms Velveeta cheese Butter 3/4 c. cream or milk Cook mushrooms 10 minutes and drain. In a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish, place one layer of sliced, cooked mushrooms, 1 layer of sliced Velveeta cheese, and 1 layer of stuffing mix (mix butter in stuffing mix). Make 2 layers of each. Put cream or milk on top. Bake without lid for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
