SESAME SAUTEED ASPARAGUS
 

2 tbsp. sesame or vegetable oil
1 lb. asparagus, cut diagonally into 1" pieces
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper

In a 1 quart casserole combine the oil and asparagus. Cover tightly and cook on High for 3 to 7 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached, stirring once. Stir the remaining ingredients. Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
