CHILLED CUCUMBER BORSCHT
 

1 qt. can Borscht, chilled
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth, chilled
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 cucumber, finely diced
2 dill pickles, diced
1/2 c. fresh dill, chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Makes a fine chilled soup for hot summer evenings.
