1 (2 lb.) bag hashbrown potatoes 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 stick melted butter Bread crumbs Mix all together; put in greased 3 quart casserole (or 2 smaller dishes and freeze one for later). Cover top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. |
