2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained 1 onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped (optional) 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. mayonnaise Brown ground beef, onion and celery until beef is brown. Mix all other ingredients together and place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Add topping listed below and bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. CRUMB TOPPING: 1 tube Ritz crackers, in crumbs 1 stick butter Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Crumble evenly over top of casserole. |
