1 (15 oz.) can turnip or mustard greens, chopped & drained 1 tsp. sugar Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 tsp. horseradish 2 eggs, slightly beaten Bread crumbs Cheddar cheese, grated Blend all ingredients together except bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon into casserole dish, cover top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This dish multiplies well for a big crowd. Serves 6-8. |
