2 or 3 med. potatoes 1/2 med. onion (to taste) 1 sm. green pepper (to taste) 1 tbsp. soft butter Seasoning salt to taste 1 tbsp. water Spray 2 quart dish with Pam and layer thinly sliced potatoes; sprinkle with seasoning salt and add water. Cover and cook on High 8 or 9 minutes. After first 3 minutes, stir and add finely diced pepper and onion and butter. Stir again in 3 minutes, then cook until potatoes are tender. Let stand 3 or 4 minutes. |
