2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans Hominy (1 yellow, 1 white) 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, drained 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated 2 tbsp. grated onion Separate 1 1/4 cup cheese for topping. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly around edges. |
