2 cans drained, mixed vegetables (like Veg - All) 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 chopped onion 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Mayonnaise, enough to mix well Crushed cheese crackers Combine all and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with crushed cheese crackers. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
