TURNIP CASSEROLE
 

6 turnips, sliced thin
6 onions, sliced thin
3 c. Swiss and Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all of the above ingredients in casserole dish. Pour over casserole 6 eggs beaten with 2 cups white wine.

NOTE: Do not use cooking wine. Use drinking wine.
