2 lb. red potatoes, quartered 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/4 c. chicken broth 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder Cook potatoes until partly done. Drain off water. Mix remaining ingredients, stir in potatoes, cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain, reserving salad dressing mixture. Arrange potatoes or skewers. Place on grill over hot coals. Grill covered for 4 minutes. Rotate skewer; brush with reserved salad dressing mixture. Continue grilling until done and brown. |
