6 med. potatoes
4 slices Velveeta cheese or American cheese
4 strips bacon, cut in halves
Garlic salt
Bake potatoes in microwave about 6 minutes on high. Bake bacon in microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on high until both bacon and potatoes are 2/3 done.
Slice potatoes in strips; arrange in a microwave-safe casserole dish, 6 x 9 inches. Sprinkle garlic salt; top with cheese and bacon. Heat on high 2-3 minutes. Serves 4.
