2 cans (1 lb. 2 oz. each) yams, drained
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar
Combine potatoes, butter, sugar and cinnamon in 2 quart casserole. Bake covered in microwave oven on FULL power 4 minutes.
Combine chopped pecans and brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake on FULL power uncovered 3 to 5 minutes.
