2 1/2 c. blackeyed peas 1 lb. pork sausage 1 sm. onion 2 tbsp. chopped celery 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. garlic salt 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp. black pepper 16 oz. can tomatoes 2 1/2 c. water
Soak peas overnight. Cook all ingredients for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
