2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 stick butter, melted 1 pt. sour cream 1 c. creamy chicken soup 1/2 c. onion, chopped 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients together well. Then put 2 cups of crushed corn flakes on top of casserole. Then pour 1/2 cup melted butter on top of corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
