2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Southern Style), well thawed 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 onion, chopped 2 c. corn flakes Mix potatoes, onion, sour cream, soup, and melted butter. Put in casserole. Fry corn flakes in 1/2 stick butter and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
