1 pkg. yellow squash 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 med. onion, chopped 1 carrot, grated (optional) 1 pt. sour cream 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb) Slice squash and boil until tender; drain. Add to all other ingredients, except 1 cup stuffing. Pour into casserole that has lid. Sprinkle top with remaining stuffing. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. |
