HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
 

2 lb. bag hashbrowns
1 stick of butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion chopped or instant
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with paprika and more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
