4 (20 oz.) cans baked beans 1 tbsp. molasses 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. chili sauce 1/2 c. bourbon (or less) 1/3 c. strong coffee 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. brown sugar Crisp bacon
Blend beans, molasses, mustard, chili sauce, bourbon and coffee. Let stand three hours. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Add pineapple and brown sugar and bake 30 minutes. Add bacon before serving.
