EASY SPINACH LASAGNA
 

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. oregano
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or your own
9-12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

In a large bowl mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.

In a greased 9x13 inch pan layer, 1 cup sauce first, then layer of noodles, layer of cheese and repeat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pour 1 cup water around the edges of pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
