1 med. onion 1 med. pepper (green or red) 1 c. ground beef 2 c. uncooked minute rice 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 2 c. hot water 2 tbsp. butter Dice onion and pepper. Saute in butter. Add ground beef, brown. Add uncooked rice. Stir in tomato sauce and hot water. Simmer 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4. |
