BOILED RED RADISHES
 

Top stem ends from a large bag of radishes (you always buy too many). Boil in (lightly salted) water until a toothpick or fork tells you whoa!

Serve topped with: Sour cream Thickened cream of celery soup White sauce Butter Even drained & seasoned to taste

You'll be surprised how good these little roots are when cooked and the color change and flavor change is amazing.
