BOILED PARSLEY POTATO
 

Peel 8 small potatoes. Cover with water, 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Simmer until tender, 20-25 minutes to 1/2 hour. Drain well. Keep warm.

Salt, pepper, Accent
1 stick butter
Pinch parsley

Add at serving time. This is standard on all menu's. Leftovers are used for other potatoes.
