1 (1 lb.) can white peg corn, drained 1 (1 lb.) can French cut green beans, drained 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper 1/2 lb. Sharp cheese, grated 1/2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of celery soup Combine above ingredients. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Top with topping. TOPPING: 1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 stick butter, melted 1/2 can slivered almonds Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12 people. |
