BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
 

California Blend vegetables or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, and 2 med. carrots

MEDIUM WHITE SAUCE:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook each vegetable until just tender. Make white sauce and dissolve cream cheese in it. Pour over drained vegetables which have been placed in greased casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese, then buttered bread crumbs. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
