HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
 

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1 can potato soup
1 can celery soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Cracker Barrel cheese
1 c. onion
1 pt. cultured sour cream
Salt & pepper

Thaw potatoes on a paper towel. Mix all together in 3 quart casserole. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees, uncovered. You can prepare ahead of time and keep in refrigerator. Great flavor!
